  Quaint and historic coffee shop. Coffee options weren't huge. But my Latte was good however I asked for a latte and got an iced latte. I suppose I didn't specify that I wanted it hot. But I never had to before. I only had to specify if I wanted and iced one. Still good. Enjoyed sitting out front in New Orleans and people watching.

  This place is very chilled out. Good vibe and good place to study or talk with a friend. They have a minimal amount of things to snack on, however what they do have is homemade type stuff.

  Cozy and charming on a quiet street with indoor and outdoor seating. Popular with the college crowd, hipsters, and professionals alike. On my first visit I met a friend for a casual business meeting. It was great because we sat outside and - in addition to the nice weather - we both had a chance to see a couple friends pass by.
  
  I only gave 4 stars because the sandwiches/snacks were not well stocked. I noticed that several people who appeared to be regulars - including my friend - didn't get their preferred sandwich/snack because it wasn't available. I was also disappointed not to be able to try the gluten free brownie I heard was amazing!
  
  Overall, however, I had a great experience. I love Fair Grinds mission and commitment to fair trade - not to mention their excessively reasonable prices! My large specialty tea was $1.50! My friend's coffee was $2.50!! If you're a coffee/tea drinker and like to hang out in coffee shops and cafes you know what im talking about!
  
  Fair Grinds is not convenient to where I live or work, but it'll definitely be on my radar for meetings and meet ups!
